Bio: Nina was a rescue from Baton Rouge, LA. She had been dumped, then got hit by a car. A concerned person got her to the vet, where she was found to have a broken femur and a fractured hip. She was slated for euthanasia until a large group of people got involved, and got her to us. Since she has been with us, she has had her surgery, repairing her femur, and a plate installed in her hip. (Yes, she was able to keep her leg, thanks to our amazing vet!)
